You can finalize the setup for Odoo ERP CE (Community Edition) by opening the web wizard at http://<your-public-ip>:8069 . Here you will create the database for Odoo (or restore an existing one if you have) and choose if you want to import the demo data or not. Official documentation for Odoo is here.
