It’s a referral program that pays you for bringing new VPS customers to LumaDock. When someone signs up through your link and completes their first paid VPS order, you receive a one-time commission based on that order’s value.
Create a client account, log in, and enable affiliate access in your account area. Your affiliate dashboard becomes available immediately after activation.
You earn 60% of the first paid VPS order from every new customer you refer — whether they choose a monthly, bi-annual, or annual plan.
For GPU servers, the commission is 15% due to higher infrastructure costs. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid for the VPS after any discounts or coupons and excludes addons or additional services.
All standard VPS and GPU plans qualify. Addons and services such as additional IPs, backups, control panel licenses, or SSL certificates do not earn commission.
Only the VPS portion of the first paid invoice is commissionable.
Commissions become available after a 60-day holding period starting from the original invoice date. Once your available balance reaches 300 USD, payouts are issued via bank transfer in USD.
Banking fees, intermediary charges, currency conversion costs, and taxes are the responsibility of the affiliate and may be deducted from the payout where applicable.
If a customer’s order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the related commission is not granted. VPS plans typically have a 30-day refund window, while GPU VPS have a 7-day window.
Refund periods may change at any time. Commissions are only confirmed after the applicable refund window and holding period have fully passed. If a refund, cancellation, or chargeback occurs at any point during the refund or holding period, the commission is void and will not be paid.
You can promote LumaDock through your website, social media, tutorials, or videos. Paid ads are allowed if they follow our advertising rules. You can’t bid on our brand terms, impersonate the company, or use spam or incentivized traffic sources.

No. Self-referrals, purchases through your own links, or referrals tied to the same person, company, payment method, billing details, or IP address are not eligible for commission. This practice may result in account suspension or termination.
