The site runs Tier III design: N+1 UPS, diesel generator backup, A+B power into every rack. Digita carries ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and the Finnish public sector's VAHTI audit, renewed every year.
Round trips land near 5 ms to Tallinn, 12 ms to Stockholm, inside 20 ms to Riga or Vilnius and within 25 ms of Oslo and Copenhagen. Central European hubs like Frankfurt and Amsterdam sit 35 to 40 ms further south. For any project whose users are north of Berlin, Helsinki shaves real latency.
Helsinki has the shortest paths into Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania while still staying inside 15 ms of Stockholm.
